Really disappointed. Ordered products which have not been received. Hermes included a photo of the parcel hanging out of the letter box but it was not there when I went to get it.
Cult Beauty have told me that as far as they are concerned it was a successful delivery. I don’t agree that a customer not receiving a a delivery would be considered successful!! Disappointed.
