First time customers get the option of free delivery on their first parcel but as I needed the products the day after I chose to pay for next day delivery and did not get my parcels in time. When I called in they said that because I placed the order after 4 pm I wouldn’t be able to get the products in time which is understanding but it would be a good request for a company like cult beauty to add that comment in before you go ahead and pay for something that you’re not even going to get the benefits from! Very very disappointing!
