I will never buy from Currys again. I had a 4 month old Logik dryer which I purchased from Currys. Unfortunately it stopped working after the 4th use. Engineer was unable to fix it as part out of stock so arranged with Currys for a replacement. After 2 failed replacement dates as they didn’t turn up Currys eventually agreed to a refund. After almost a month I was told 22/10 that it would be collected the next day and I would definitely receive my refund within
3-5 days. As I had previously complained Currys said that if I hadn’t had the refund within 10 days of it being collected to let them know, this was 25/10. As of Monday still no refund and it had been 11 days so contacted Currys who told me I would have to wait another 14 days because it needed to be done manually. I called back to query this and was told it would now take 14 working days just to process the refund and then maybe another 3-5 days after for the refund to go through. I am wondering what excuse they will think of next to keep hold of my money This is shocking 😡
