"We can't process this order" - two gift cards. It has reduced my £500 gift card to 0! And I have not received anything and can't confirm the order. They have taken £500 for nothing - even after I spoke to them on the phone and was told to contact them via Twitter etc. 5 hours and they've actually taken money from the gift card with nothing in return.
