I placed an order 27th November for two small electrical items, which I have not received. I received an email from PayPal with confirmation of payment, but nothing from Curry’s. I have contacted them, and was advised one of the items was currently out of stock, and would be with me on the 11th December, still not received (both items are IN stock)
Customer services are awful to get hold of, all automated, and because I don’t have a reference number (due to not receiving a confirmation email) it keeps advising me to phone, and I can’t get through. My husband also ordered an item that has not been delivered, which should have arrived 11th December, and after waiting hours on line, discovered that the order had been cancelled. No information sent regarding cancelled order, and no refund, nearly £900, he has had to reorder. I have now purchased my 2 items elsewhere, and will expecting a full refund. I understand the current pressures everyone is under, but if you can’t cope with demand, do not take peoples money. Absolutely disgraceful service from CurrysPCW, we will not be ordering from you again!
