Managed to place an order for an RTX3080 as the website said they were in stock and available for delivery. After ordering I got an email saying they would contact me as there was a delay on my order, I never got a phone call, so I ended up waiting in queue on their webchat. I was told it wasn't in stock but will be the next day, so I waited. Then I contacted them two days later asking for an update. I was told I'd receive it a couple days later. That day came and nothing. So I contacted them again and was told it wasn't in stock today and will dispatch tomorrow. After complaining on social media I was contacted and then told that they are expecting stock within a week, and I should get it before end of the year. (This is the short story). I have been charged for this order and told constant lies by staff. I have no faith in Currys PC World, I do not recommend them and will refrain from using them in future.
