They promise everything and deliver nothing.
I placed an order for a TV on their website, which then informed me I would have a delivery three days later.
After taking time off work, I then find out the day before delivery, it was never going to be delivered on the agreed date, but six days later. No apology, and no TV. Complete shambles of an online ordering and delivery system. Please use someone else. I know I will be.
