paid £100 for my Rangemaster to be installed when it was delivered today!
I was VERY distappointed when the installer informed me that he was unable to install the cooker because we hadn’t got the LPG gas nozzle. We had no idea we needed this, and he wasn’t informed that we were a LPG!
We had the conversion kit- but no one said we needed this nozzle!!!!
We live on a hill farm in the country and I have young children who I need to feed!
Teamknowhow need bettter communication with their customers, a phone call a week/couple of days before to inform us what we need would of saved a lot of hassle. Also somewhere we could note that the cooker is LPG.
Also you need better communication with your installers as he had no idea the cooker needed to be converted to LPG.
We will never pay for installion from you again as your customer service and communication is very poor!
