Do your best to avoid Currys at all cost just avoid
I bought a washing machine, paid extra to be sent to me on a certain timeframe, recycle the old machine and install the new one.
1 - Delivery is bumpy by people around 60s. They needed my support to find the address.
2- No installation or recycling (although you pay extra for this)
3- have a washing machine with all the packages left on my corridor
4- I tried to contact the customer service online around 09:15, no one was available...
5- Webchat did not work for a while and when it worked, they told me to call a number. They asked me to take the survey, no survey shared.
5- I called customer service, they referred to 4 different departments.
6- In the end, they said the engineering service and customer service manager were going to call back, no one called back.
7- I have a big washing machine still in my corridor in the package, don't know what to do with it. It is extremely heavy for me and can't get the old one out as I live in an apartment.
