Disgusting service. Purchased a LG tv, which we took out warranty for. The screen started to go blue to the point it didn't work at all. They picked it up and 10 days later delivered it back saying they have 'fixed it' only to receive it back SMASHED!!!
Rang them again to collect it, which they did. 5 days later received another email to say they were unable to fix it and they would send us an E-gift card for the amount paid for the original tv.
Ordered a brand new JVC tele with a sound bar as a bundle. Not even 3 weeks after having this new tv, the problems rolled in. Glitching, crackling sounds, turns it's self off... frustrating right? Well listen to this!
Yet again on the phone to them, they said take it back to your local store for a refund, fantastic! Thought we were getting somewhere. NOPE!
We can't give refunds for products brought online, how bloody stupid! They have been closed for months during the covid pandemic... they can't give you a refund over the phone, nor in store! How do you get your money back i hear you ask? You can't!!!! They'll give you yet ANOTHER gift card to use online. We have proof of purchase, both online and bank statements yet unable to give a full refund to go else where! £359 out of pocket, disgusting service, terrible company and damn right rude over the phone. Almost forgot to mention team know-how's customer service is in South Africa and they apparently don't have any managers available to speak with. NEVER EVER SHOP WITH CURRYS!! They'll rob you
