Chose a new upright cleaner but not in store so had to order and pick up.
Curry’s emailed to say in store. Took receipt and email to pick up but this was not enough. Needed card details- was picking up for an OAP who couldn’t get to store so had you leave empty handed!
This information for pick up should be included in email or told it would be needed at purchase to avoid unnecessary trips!
