Products are poor quality had 2 Beko fridge freezers in less than 12 months and still not working properly. Trying to get anything done is like finding gold in my toilet pan. Customer service is virtually non existent and trying to speak to someone is dire. When I eventually got through I was told how to try and correct the fault myself although impossible due to medical reasons. Although still under manufacturers warranty I would be charged £55 for a callout.
Rubbing salt into the wound as I had also paid £130 for an extended warranty. That was a 2aste of money.PLEASE stay away from currys. They suck
