Currys customer service for purchase and collect from store.
The short version is that they lost the item I had purchased so it wasn't available for collection. I asked for immediate refund but they said no it would take two weeks to investigate. I phoned head office and demanded immediate refund which they did over the phone. Then they start sending letters saying I had two refunds and one being in the store which was not true. I can't write it all here but customer services were a shambles. It just went on with phone calls and then threats ti take legal action against me. I eventually phoned the police to report it as fraud as I didn't go to store on the day they claimed. I cried when talking to police.
I gave currys my police reference and then guess what!? They just never wrote to me again.
There is more detail to this relating to their appalling systems & processes and lies.
Do not use 'collection from store' option if you can get the product else where please do!!!!!
