I ordered a Karcher floor cleaner back in December 2020 I have been waiting for a call back from a Manager since May as it has stopped working,I was told it’s a common fault by a advise but I could only get a repair as it outside my 30 Day receipt when I asked if it has this fault why is it still being sold I was told I should have done my research. Yesterday I called 8/7/21 ref a T.V that was stupidly purchased from you in March this has stopped working it was collected for repair again as outside 30 day receipt I was told as I did not purchase extended warrant it would be ready when it was ready also I was told it had to go back to the manufacturer for repair ..this in fact was not true as it is being repaired by curry’s and you are waiting for a screen from the manufacturer! The screen was fine that was not the fault, both items are not fit for purpose,at no point has any advisor treated my with dignity understanding or empathy you are also providing your customers with false information the number you give for Karcher is incorrect 01295 752200 is not the correct number my contact is with Curry’s as it is you I have made the purchase from I would at least like to be spoken by someone who sounds like they are interested in assisting me to resolve this,Ihave also on 3 occasions as for disclosure on my conversation as I have been given false information and treated appallingly I am still waiting you are legally obligated to make this available to me at my request as stated by GDPR regulations.As stated previously I am also still waiting for a member of management to call me back .
