I'd whole heartedly say stay away, go to AO instead. This company does not care about customer service. I like in a flat on the 3rd floor. The hallway is narrow and large objects are hard to get up stairs and around corners. I stressed this on 2 different occasions to 2 different representatives over the phone. They assured me the delivery drivers would carry it up the stairs and into my kitchen. When the delivery drivers arrived in their shabby Luton van, they said no, they only deliver to the door. And left my large fridge on the pavement. I then had to knock on a neighbour, luckily they helped me lift it up and in my flat. Had I been a old person I'd be screwed. I ordered a cooker from AO and I'd recommend them over currys any day. They delivered a cooker, no problem. They put it in my kitchen and installed it. The Luton van was AO branded and not some scruffy subcontractors van. Terrible company, I'd say order off AO, NOT CURRYS. Absolute cowboys.
