My printer which I purchased in February 2020 somehow managed to swallow a piece of my printing and it got stuck. I took it to my local branch in Leigh, Greater Manchester fearing the worst and resigned to maybe having to purchase a new one, however a very attentive team member called Martin was so helpful and friendly and tried to fix it there and then, explaining to me that he would do all he could to sort it. He called another team member over (I didn't get his name) and between them they managed to fix the problem, cleaned it all up and I came home with it! I am still amazed at their attentiveness and their attitude to serve me as their customer.
