I purchased in-store Samsung speaker MX-T50 £299.00 at Crawley - they had none in stock so they ordered it online it arrived next day - fine. No remote included. You then run into the major problem of finding someone to speak to that will help - the website is useless - no webchat working and the Shoplive is also useless. No complaints procedure to be found. No answer on the store telephone number (when you eventually find one). After 1 hour making other enquiries on the phone they put me through to Samsung! bad line - at least they tried.
These people have got too big and are as bad as BT use to be. Stay away as you risk the morass of incompetence that is Currys after sales and customer service should anything not be quite right - please find somewhere else to purchase - its even worth paying more for it. I've wasted 2.5 hours of my life and no resolve and no apology either.
