I had the miss fortune to order a belling double oven from your sutton coldfield store, the person that tuck my order put down the wrong mouth on the order it should have been the 7th of october but it was order for november. As i had a fitter at home waiting for the oven i had to cancel the order.the store said i would get my refund in three to five days that was sixteen days ago after about ten phones calls later i have just got a email to say that they have just canceled the order and i should be getting my refund soon.
