How does such a large organisation manage to get something as simple as stock control so wrong? Placed an order for an item that was in stock, and waitied patiently and expectantly for a week, only to receive an email out of the blue saying that the order was to be cancelled due to supplier issues.
Very poor to accept an order for something that was not in stock and then wait for a week before cencelling it. I had this issue several years ago with Currys, but assumed that it mnay have been a "one off". I will not be trusting this company again.
