Worst delivery ever, customer service useless. Have never had such a bad experience especially considering they are supposed to be a large brand! Will never buy again! For the story, Ordered a coffee machine for £500 and was sent a wrong item the next day. Called customer service who organised the collection the next day. HOWEVER they took another 8 days to deliver my item!!! They took 4 days to receive the item and check it before dispatching mine when it was their mistake! With other companies being more reliable I cannot recommend shopping with them. If you do not need customer service and the value of your item is irrelevant maybe but anything else search elsewhere!
