Bought smart TV two months ago & it never worked properly but thought it was my internet. Upgraded my internet & ran an Ethernet cable from router to TV…and zero improvement. Smart apps unwatchable, and analogue channels now becoming unwatchable as so pixelated. Technician tried remote repair but no improvement. Then passed back & forth between 2 teams who refused to refund me because I’d bought the TV more than 30 days ago. They hung up on me when I pointed out that their refund policy is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Long time customer of Currys but will never shop with them again.
