Of course, the issue was tested on 3 different computers so definitely a problem with the screen. But the agent told me that I will be without the screen for 5 days I said for me it is a problem because I need it for work so can I think and come back later and he promised to me that he will leave a notification on the chat and next agent will know what to do and will send a technician to me. The screen have more problems so I came back to the customer service... How your customer service works are completely... I have no clue what can I even say about that. One person send me a link to the page which is not working and just left the chat (yes he wasn't disconnected he just left). He sends this link: visitupdate.teamknowhow.com The second person was completely rude! This is completely not acceptable! Plus issue wasn't solved. I don't know to be honest this kind of behavior should be published everywhere because the line was completely crossed.
