Incompetent in their customer service and complaints handling. Staff don’t have a clue what they are doing and just repeat basic information like a robot to you treating you like a child. Been sent back and forth and made numerous phone calls to help me with a telly that I have only had for 2.5 years with wrong information and little help and support if any to get this rectified. Ok to take your money but don’t want to know you after. Sell items that they know in the mass market don’t perform well and sell them to honest hard working people to make a quick raise.
