Had wrong and bad advise regarding 'under work surface oven'
We were assured that "the fitter would see to that" when we told the salesperson "we were changing double oven for a single oven" we thought that the oven brackets would have to be changed at least, but again were told "the fitter would deal with that"
The fitter came the following day and said "it wasn't possible to fit the single oven" Currys are now refusing to reimburse the £20 we had paid for next day fitting and no compensation for the bad advice. The salespeople only want to sell and don't care about the outcome. I said ' the salespeople should go through better training before being let loose on customers ' I would never shop at Currys again.
