I thought I had auto pay on just about everything. I was wrong and I didn't have a seldom used Visa card rack up 20 dollars in late fees from a 200 dollar balance. I can understand the hit to my credit of 25 points. What I couldn't fathom was why I had a low 700 score before that. Both of my houses were paid for and I had no loans. Everything was paid. I auto pay AMEX every month the full amount. Thank you 'Cyberdon AT techie DOT com' for helping me curtail the hitch and eventually restoring my credit to high 800 across all bureaus.
