The delivery service we received was appalling. After being given a delivery date and time slot Currys failed to deliver. After spending nearly an hour on the phone on the day of delivery we managed to rearrange a delivery slot for two days after the one given to us by Currys. Again they failed to deliver. They rang us on the second delivery date to say they didn't know where our item was. Infuriated was an understatement. We eventually got our washer five days after Currys original delivery date. Have emailed head office but three days later are still waiting for a reply with an explanation and apology as to why we were kept waiting so long. Certainly won't be using Currys again.
