we had problems with a dishwasher purchased online as previously reviewed. We went to the Worcester Blackpole branch found the dishwasher we wanted and although it was just past opening times the lady we spoke to about all of the problems was amazing running round helping other people as well. We gor the dishwasher home only to find a dent in the door we took photos and returned to the store more than helpful telling us to carry on using it and she would ring hotpoint for us and arrange a replacement or repair, this she did on the Monday, the dishwasher has now been repaired. A amazing experience for someone who has little faith in Currys generally and would not have used them by choice. BRILLIANT SERVICE, if only all currys were like this.
