Reserved an item online but when I went into store the next day I was told there would be a 10 minute wait before some one could bring my items out. Why did I reserve oline when it would have been faster just to grab one off a shelf. There seemed to be a few people waiting on reserved items.
To top it all off when I finally got my item and left all the alarms started to go off as they had not deactivated the security tag.
