I bought a new washing machine from a Currys store and paid an extra sum to Currys to have it installed and pick up the old washing machine.
The machine was delivered and installed but they didn't change "pipe connection" and they left old one in front my door and did not pick up. Several time call them than and I went to Currys but nobody responsibility. Currys very very very poor customers services. I really disappointed from this company.
