I am so appointed in currys service,I had a double oven delivered yesterday. I paid £90 as recommended by Currys exact wording " Please note this product should be installed by a qualified engineer, such as one of our Knowhow experts.". I am sorry to say the oven was installed but left not working, The engineers comments were, Contact the manufacturer as there is a known fault with this product. They refused to take the oven back. I have spent hours yesterday trying to speak with Curry's on the numbers provided without success, I emailed a complaint and am yet to hear from Curry's. I want my money back.
They left me with non working oven, no copies of delivery note, no instructions or contact number and stated they have spent more than the expected time here trying to get the oven working. and it is my responsibility to get that done by contacting the manufacturers. Why did you charge for such service!!! it is beyond comprehension. I have paid for a service that has not been delivered.
