I ordered a new Indesit Dishwasher on 3/8/15. Delivered and installed by Currys 11/8/15. Stopped filling mid October (bearing in mind I had been away from home in hospital, effectively after only one months use).
Since then have been locked in unanswered telephone calls with both hotpoint and Curry's - the service line (which is the same as the one advised by Curry's in their responses below) is permanently engaged, but takes 10 minutes to get there. Emailed indecent 9/12, and had a response on 18/12 asking for details of the model and installation. Answered the same day, but still no response - 5/1. Have now been queuing for 20 minutes to talk to a Curry's customer service (complaints) adviser - the appliance is not fit for purpose, customer support is not as advertised, I fully intend to insist that they remove the appliance and give me a refund - I will never do business with either company again.
