To whoever this may concern
I am one very unhappy customer and absolutely disgusted with the service I have received recently.
I ordered an Xbox game for my sons 10th birthday (5th august) CUR2223606367
Paid full price and am still waiting for price match refund of £17, still not received even though was told 3-5 business days.
I received an email to say the estimated delivery to store was 4th august - received an email 5th august 9:50 to say it had been delivered to store. Took our son with us as it was now his birthday to collect and spent 1.5 hours in store and walking around the surrounding stores looking for our parcel because someone had signed it and they didn’t know who it was!!!!
His whole birthday was ruined had no game and spent the most part of his birthday afternoon in store with staff that couldn’t help us. Finally concluded on the game now being delivered on Monday 8th and a promise from the store manager that I would get a phone call when it was ready to collect. Here we are on 9th august still not heard from the store, still no refund for the price match and still no email to say where my parcel is
I expect you to come up with something amazing as compensation for all my efforts wasting petrol to store and wasting money on the phone trying to sort this out
Otherwise I will be taking to social media
