Wow this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and left my 87 year old father in tears and without a working fridge freezer.
He paid over £500 for Currys to deliver and install a new fridge freezer and to take away his old one. They delivered the product as promised but unfortunately it did not work. All his food spoiled and he could not get through to the correct department.
Eventually I drove his to the local store and they sorted out a replacement to come the following week. Even bought he got a delivery time slot and waited in all day, this did not arrive. Did he get any apology from customer services? No of course not!
After me spending hours on the telephone, we were to,d that “maybe” he will get it the next day and to wait in again for it. Totally unacceptable.
As a goodwill gesture for his ruined food, his numerous phone calls, my trip to the store, a failed delivery they have offered........... a £20 in store voucher! As if we would ever shop there again It’s laughable
