As part of having a new kitchen I spent around £3000 on appliances.
One a NEFF cooker has developed a fault almost immediately in that the door will not close.
I rang Curry's to arrange for an engineer which was sorted quickly and efficiently only then to be told that I had to listen to a legal spiel about coughing up £95.00 if it was myu fault or similar.
Frankly I didn't welcome it. I know they are a massive company but a simple response of 'Oh dear, sorry to hear you have a problem, we'll get there and sort it out as soon as we can' would have been more appreciated. If it was my fault when they got there then they could have told me..........................but it isn't!
Doesn't make me want to spend another £3000 with them. They are more interested in covering their backs than providing service.
