They do not even deserve one star.
My laptop was sent off for a simple fault only for it to return not repaired and scuffed like it had been thrown on the floor.
It was then sent off again to be fully repaired and to be sent to my university. The adress change was confirmed on three speperate ocassions for it still to be sent to the wrong place and supposedly there was nothing they could do about it.
