They’re getting one star because it’s the minimum I can give but I’d never shop there again! After paying £200 for a Nintendo switch for my daughter as a Christmas present it started giving lots of problems in February. It literally couldn’t come if the charger or the battery would die straightaway. I Contacted currys for a replacement only to be told I have to get it repaired by Nintendo. I’m not happy because I have been down this manufacturer repair route before with other products and 3-6 months later I’m in the same boat again with another repair for the same product that was already repaired previously. The game console obviously came to me faulty but according to Currys it needs to have shown fault within 30 days in order to get a replacement.
I’m angry because for a game console so expensive it should be able to be replaced for as long as 3 months.
