Apparently "We’ll unpack your product and dispose of the packaging for you." actually means we'll drop off the goods and then sneak off whilst you aren't looking leaving your appliance abandoned in the middle of the kitchen floor.
Also, "Your email is important to us and we aim to get back to you as soon possible." can be roughly interpreted as we filled this email in the bin and shan't bother getting back to you!!!
If you buy from Currys, you may get the cheapest price, but don't expect any backup.
