Bought a Humax FVP-4000T Freeview recorder from Currys which failed after 5 months.
I took it to back Currys who contacted Humax. They asked for it to be shipped back to Humax who said they would replace it. One week later, Currys said Humax had looked at it, and would replace it! Another week later I phoned again and they told me it hadn't even left their store because of the bank holiday! Calls to Currys and Humax have failed to locate my unit or give me any idea when it will be returned. I am at a loss as to what to do next? I will never buy anything from Currys again.
