I bought one of the most expensive gaming laptops from Birstall for my son as he was going into college for a course related to gaming/cyber security. This cost me over £2200. I have been having issues since day one and every time i go in the engineers/ staff are unable to detect any faults. I have shown evidence of the issues however they are so unprofessional and haven't replaced or refunded or provided any support. They have almost made out as if we are lying about the whole situation! This has been going on for months and their outcome is "we are sorry we cannot do anything as we cannot detect and issues/fault!!" So why have i been having issues since i have bought the laptop? very upset and unsatisfied. The extra warranty's that we pay for are a waste of money as well!! Dont think il ever shop at Currys again!
