Bought Indesit Washer and Bosch F/Freezer from Currys Winterstoke Rd Bristol 22nd August. Took out £180.00 care and Repair insurance! No problems with delivery on washer but F/Freezer delivery problems galour! Heard nothing from Currys 're delivery by 5th September phoned them to ask when it would arrive. Over next 8 days received 8 texts from Currys saying my delivery would be next day! IT NEVER ARRIVED so I cancelled my order on 13/9. Refund at shop no quibble. However I also wanted a refund for my Care and Repair policy I'd taken out. Filled the online link to cancel both policies for Washer and F/Freezer. Got a reply to say Washer policy had been cancelled! No mention of F/Freezer policy. Rec'd cheque from Currys for £95 BUT AM STILL OWED £85. I have telephoned, emailed, I have sent "signed for mail" with photocopies of both policies (24/9 signed for by Potts) but NO response what so ever, and no money WHICH I AM STILL OWED! PLEASE, Can someone check this out and advise what is going on and when I am likely to receive my balance? Many thanks
