I placed an order fo a new canon camera, they gladly processed the order and took £170 from me. The expected delivery date came and went and a survey arrived asking how the process went. I tried to use the online tracking but I don't have a tracking number, I tried to call them but the phone just tells you to use the online tracking. So I went in store and they informed me after 45 minutes on hold on an internal phone line that they don't have any stock. They might have some stock in ten days.
I'm still waiting and I just hope that they don't go bust before I get either my camera or my money back. I can't see this business being around in 2017.
