I think 1 star is still too much , bought a laptop last January it's still under 1 year warranty but the battery has gone I took it back to currys in Kingston park they told me we need to send it back to Toshiba but you have to pay for the courier which is costing £40 , and they are more likely to refuse to fix the battery because it's older than 6 months and battery warranty only last for 6 months which they don't tell you when you buy from them, so I had to pay £40 for a laptop that was only £200 to send away and not get fixed. To top it up the girl who saw me fuming for their poor service must have found it funny and kept smirking which was so annoying. Very very poor customer service and after care
