Item faulty, tech team established I need a replacement - passed to sales.
They said somebody will call back to arrange details, still waiting 6 days later. I have called 3 times unsuccessfully to call and chase.
I emailed yesterday, no response.
I have no faith left in this company. Avoid their terrible after sales service.
