Currys sold us a new oven and pressured us to use their installers (Knowhow), which we paid £100 for. The knowhow installer damaged our brand new kitchen units during the installation, and left muddy footprints throughout the hall and kitchen, and left assorted debris in the kitchen and across the drive – even though we had paid extra for them to remove all debris.
When I complained to currys they said it was not their problem as knowhow are a different company, and then completely ignored all contact from me.
A shocking way to treat a former customer.
Problems happen, but it’s how they are dealt with that shows what kind of company they are – currys have absolutely no interest in customers and are obviously not interested in customer loyalty. There are many other companies providing the same goods and offering great customer service.
Use currys at your peril.
