The young assistant was enthusiastic and well informed on the products I was deciding upon - new speakers - I was unsure between two products. The assistant let me listen to both items but left the final decision to me. Once I had made up my mind; I was able to purchase the speaker where I stood, there was no requirement to walk to the communal point and join a queue. Marvellous.
