complete fraudsters
months on and we are still paying interest for an item we returned
went into store to collect a new laptop and was charged 45 pound for a used one which they claimed was pre set up with new apps and cool stuff, i returned it once i opened it and realized the mouse didnt work well and got stuck, it has been reunred to store 8 weeks ago, i have been sent into store twice to refund the money to my creation account yet store tell us otherwise every time we go in there, complete fraudsters
