Our spare TV repeatedly lost channel signal after very little use. Just out of warranty so we had to pay £90 before they would look at it.
Day for pickup they came in and literary dumped the TV on our new settee to remove stand they left withou any answers to our questions. Fortunately it was a factory fault but the return morning delivery were 3 hours later than the 4 hour time slot. Left for us to get TV working properly because they were running late.
My advise check your appliance/TV or IT atCurrys and buy elsewhere.
