Hi. I do alot of shopping online but for a new washing machine I decided to go in-store at Currys. I saw a nice display Samsung that was on offer. Paid for it and saw it bubble wrapped in front of me. All set for delivery on Monday. BUT come Monday had a call from transport to say go back in-store as the item wasn't in stock to pick up...? Drove all the way back to Currys who said the item has been collected by Transport on Saturday i.e. 2 days before delivery.
Now the item is 'lost', my money has been taken, and I am without a washing machine with 6 kids in the household!
Not one person has bothered to call me to give an update/replacement/apologise even! Basically if you want hassle free shopping don't use Currys.
Just a month ago I purchased an oven from ao.com for the first time and it was as easy as 1-2-3 from the click to buy to delivery.
Currys obviously don't care about the customers as the arrogance they have shown and negligence is shocking.
