I ordered a product online and was given the above delivery reference number with the delivery date of 23 November 2017. Initially the delivery window was all day (from 7am to 7pm) but on Tuesday 21 November I was given a delivery slot of between 13:55 and 17:55. Despite being in all day, the delivery did not arrive and there was no phone call.
When it became apparent that the delivery was not forthcoming, I contacted the following number on 23rd November at 19:30 to see where my order was. It was 20:01 before someone was able to take my call. When I asked where my order was (for delivery reference 7447300058) I was again put on hold whilst the administrator tried to find out the status of my order. 20 mins later after no reply from the administrator, I terminated the call. About 15mins after call termination, I was called and the person apologised stating that the workmen had run out of time. I asked why I was not informed that they could not deliver on 23 November, despite the wide delivery time window, and was told that this would be dealt with internally. I am still waiting for my order and have lost complete confidence in Curry's as a company.
On all accounts the service has been dire and has been the worst I have ever experienced. It is shocking and well below the service levels that customers expect. I have still no clue why the delivery was not delivered on the scheduled day and why in the event of a no-show, I was not contacted! At the time of writing this review, I do not know when my delivery will be scheduled
