Ordered a new oven from Curry’s. Booked a day off works so the oven could be delivered. I never arrived. I was given a new date. Again, I booked the day off and again, the oven was not delivered. After one hour in the phone we were told it’s out of stock.
I eventually went to my local curry’s and cancelled the order. I was offered an inscincere apology, but no explanation, compensation or gesture to acknowledge two wasted days off.
I will never buy an item from curry’s in the future.
